When looking for a dumbbell set make sure to take into account space, budget, and quality of dumbbells. The cheapest dumbbells out there may seem like the best choice, but if they break and you need new ones then you didn’t really save any money.

You can get just the amount of dumbbells that you need to save space or you can get a full set. They are easy to store and look very organized when you put them on a good rack.

For a money and space saving option you can look to adjustable dumbbells. They are good for the home gym because they take up only the space of one dumbbell, but you can get up to 8 different dumbbell weights. If your goals require mostly basic equipment and space for yoga or body weight moves, then a multipurpose floor should fit your needs.

You also need to think about your budget. Flooring can get expensive quickly, and in many instances, you might not even need to change the floors of your space. For example, if you are going to use a garage or basement with concrete floors, you likely won’t have to do much work.
