I’ve been a natural competitor for 6 years, competing in various leagues and organizations. I started competing in Men’s Physique, moved my way into Bodybuilding, and then into Classic Physique.
Nowadays, I am an ISSA certified trainer. ISSA focuses more on power lifting and focuses more on athletic performance than other certifications like ACE.
I’m a huge advocate of natural bodybuilding and love everything about the sport. When people think of the term “bodybuilding,” they often picture men and women who spend hours at the gym each day that have gigantic muscles with veins popping out of their arms (think Arnold Schwarzenegger).
While looking this way can certainly be a goal for someone who wants to become a bodybuilder, the root of bodybuilding is all about building a better, stronger, and healthier body.
With Simple Fitness Hub, I wanted to use my background in bodybuilding and provide clear and simple ways for people to improve their workouts to gain muscle and get stronger. Because I believe that everyone should be able to workout with or without a gym membership, I’ve focused on sharing routines and tips that can be done from the comfort of your own home. Additionally, minimal equipment is required.
